All stages of creation, from kneading the clay to shaping, bisque firing, glazing, and final firing, are meticulously done by hand in my studio, equipped with a small electric kiln and a potter's wheel. The base of the mug will be smoothed with sandpaper for a comfortable feel when placed on a surface. This waterproofing process takes 2-3 days, which is why our shipping timeframe is set at 5 days from the order date.
