⚠️ Important Notes 🔸 Before Ordering For "In-Stock" items, you can directly select your preferred finished product and place your order. For "Custom Orders or Out-of-Stock" items, please first add our official LINE account @093lwlcz to inquire. 🔸 After Ordering "In-Stock" items will be shipped within two business days. "Custom Orders or Out-of-Stock" items will be shipped within 7-15 business days (excluding holidays). 🔸 Regarding Product Inquiries ▶️ You can choose fabrics from our Instagram. If you don't find a fabric you like, you can also consult with Yuna, the owner, for assistance in finding one. Please note that the production period will be extended accordingly. If there are leftover fabric scraps after creating your custom piece, they will be made into a product and gifted to you (the amount of leftover fabric cannot be predicted and will be at the owner's discretion). ▶️ Custom orders are non-refundable and require a deposit upfront. ▶️ As the pattern distribution on each piece of fabric varies, every finished product's pattern placement is unique. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for this reason. ▶️ Each item is purely hand-cut and sewn. The handling of different fabric materials also varies. Minor variations within 5-7 cm, loose threads, or uneven stitching are signs of handmade craftsmanship and are not grounds for returns or exchanges. Please consider this carefully if you are concerned. 🔸 Washing Instructions Hand washing is recommended. For minor stains, use a neutral detergent for spot cleaning.
