After careful consideration, we decided to design a subtly "wabi-sabi" inspired Japanese-style summer shirt, deconstructing and applying its core elements. The fabric, a blend closest to nature, feels worn and textured, yet possesses a magical vitality, revealing a beauty imbued with the passage of time. The refined weaving technique and linen fabric create a sense of tranquility, where the inherent texture of the main fabric contrasts with the intricate patterns of the secondary fabric. Irregular, wood-like buttons add a touch of understated elegance, replacing luxury with simplicity. Embracing imperfection, asymmetry, and simplicity as its guiding principles, we incorporated patchwork and raw-edge designs, cultivating a profound sense of aged beauty and wabi-sabi essence.
