【Flavor Description】
Honey-like sweetness, with notes of apricot and nuts, finishing with a captivating chocolate aftertaste.
【Roaster's Notes】
After roasting, we scientifically manage the quality using instruments to measure parameters like roast level and caramelization, known as Agtron values. You may see two numbers on coffee bean labels (e.g., 55/69), indicating the bean's color and the color after grinding. For this Sweetheart Blend, we use Agtron #58 as a benchmark, selecting beans that offer optimal sweetness at this roast level and carefully blending them to create a versatile recipe!
