｜Mattress logistics and delivery and precautions｜
• For independent spring mattresses and matte mattresses, we offer shipping to Taiwan for $1,500, with the driver delivering the mattress to your door and placing it there.
• Free transportation by elevator. If you need to carry by stairs, it will be charged $100/item per floor (the fee can be paid directly to the driver).
• If the space in your home elevator or staircase is limited and you need a crane to assist in moving the items, you will need to pay for the crane yourself.
• The driver will call you between 18:00-22:00 the evening before the designated date to inform you of the delivery time on the agreed date. The driver will arrange a delivery time with you. Please be sure to arrive at the designated location at the agreed time.
p.s. The old bed will be moved downstairs for free, but there is no mattress recycling service. (Additional bed moving downstairs will cost an additional $300 per bed)
