For the "Imported Noble Fir" option, fresh Noble Fir will arrive in Taiwan around November 25th. Shipping will commence in order of order placement upon arrival. We recommend purchasing a specialized watering can for convenient refilling. If you accidentally forget to water, do not worry. The entire tree can naturally dry out and will retain its aesthetic appeal for several months. Christmas trees do not require direct sunlight; please avoid placing them in direct sun. Overly warm environments will cause the foam and plants to lose moisture rapidly, accelerating drying or causing leaves to turn yellow. Humid and poorly ventilated environments may lead to mold. About Materials: Each product uses a variety of fresh, natural foliage, and the longevity of each type of foliage will vary – this is a characteristic of natural plants. The plant materials for our Christmas products are primarily chosen for their ability to dry naturally, supplemented by realistic or artificial decorations. The LED string lights are battery-operated. Each string light is brand new; simply replace the batteries when they run out. Product Shipping Service: All products in our store are custom-made based on your order after payment is confirmed. November and December are peak seasons for Christmas orders.
