The Christmas tree decorations are designed with a primary focus on the front view. If you would like the back to be equally ornate, please contact us to open a specialized, higher-priced listing for a fully decorated design. Christmas Tree Care: The Christmas tree is made with fresh cedar and various pine/cypress varieties, inserted into floral foam that sustains the greenery by maintaining moisture. Please water the foam daily, ensuring it remains damp to the touch. Frequent watering will prolong the freshness of the foliage. We recommend purchasing our professional watering tool for easy maintenance. Should you happen to forget to water it, do not worry; the entire tree will naturally air-dry and can remain a beautiful display piece for several months. Keep the tree away from direct sunlight; excessively hot environments will cause the foam and plants to lose significant moisture, accelerating drying or causing leaves to yellow. Avoid humid, non-ventilated areas, as this may cause mold. Material Information: Every product uses a wide variety of fresh, natural foliage, and each type has a different lifespan—a characteristic of natural plants. Our Christmas items prioritize materials that can dry naturally, supplemented by artificial or decorative accents. It is normal for fresh foliage to dry at different rates. Spotted Chinese tallow berries are a normal phenomenon. Design and Styling: Each item is carefully designed by our floral designer, who selects the ornaments and foliage based on the chosen color theme or style. If any special ornaments are out of stock, we will notify you before shipment to arrange a substitution. Note: Products featuring natural tree trunks will have the wood species selected by the designer based on seasonal availability from our suppliers; requests for specific wood species or appearances cannot be accommodated. The LED string lights are battery-operated; each set is brand new, and if the batteries run out, simply replace them with new ones. Shipping Services: All items are custom-made upon receipt of payment. November and December are peak seasons for Christmas orders. If your order is urgent, please note it separately and discuss the shipping method and timing with us.
