1. Once this product is successfully booked, no cancellation or change will be accepted, please note.
2. The event will start on time, and late participants will not receive any form of make-up time.
3. Package: 1 additional accompanying parent (additional purchase of experience course) must be purchased together with the child experience course to be valid. There is no adult experience course for this event, and separate tickets will not be considered valid tickets and will not be refunded.
4. After completing the activity, you can enjoy a limited seat discount! The discount can only be used on the same day, please check with the staff of Meow Mansion after the event. (This offer does not apply to private events on the same day, please note)
5. If the number of students in the class is insufficient or exceeds the upper limit, we will notify you 2 days before the class to make other arrangements.
6. The event ticket price does not include food and drinks. If necessary, please inquire and purchase on-site.
7. Some activities have limited space and may not be accompanied by parents, so please note.

*After purchasing the experience activity and completing the payment, please pay attention to whether you have received the "e-ticket notification letter" sent by the Pinkoi system and confirm whether the content is correct. You must present the e-ticket for admission on the day of the event.

Terms and Conditions:
・Participants may have the opportunity to be photographed and videotaped during the event. Once participants sign up for the event, they agree and authorize Humber Zebra to film and use it for event promotion purposes.
・All personal information collected is for event registration only. Humber Zebra will not provide participants' personal information to third parties for direct marketing or other purposes without the participant's consent.
・Once confirmed, the participant's name and time cannot be changed or refunded. Those who fail to attend the event on time under any circumstances will be deemed to have voluntarily given up the event, and no refunds will be given for the money paid.
・In case of any dispute, Humber Zebra will reserve the right to make the final decision.

Severe Weather Policy:
Red/Black Rainstorm Warning, Typhoon Signal No. 3 or above: The activity will be canceled on the day and refund procedures will be carried out.
Yellow rainstorm warning or typhoon signal No. 1: Depending on the situation on site, you may choose to suspend or continue the activity. The organizer will evaluate the environmental conditions and make a decision based on the circumstances. Regarding weather issues, the organizer will closely monitor the weather and on-site conditions before deciding whether to resume the event or cancel it.
