The frame boasts a unique equilateral triangle shape. Two thin wood pieces, called 'chigiri,' are inserted at each corner for added strength, also serving as a design accent. The movement is a SEIKO sweep type. Unlike the ticking of a step-type movement, the sweep type operates smoothly and silently. It's ideal for creating a tranquil atmosphere, such as in a bedroom.
