**Recipe & flavour** **Recipe:** Made with pure butter, juicy sultanas, raisins, currants, sumptuous cherries and tangy cranberries. Before baking, the dried vine fruits are soaked overnight in Kirsch spirit. **Flavour:** Deliciously rich, dark and moist. The fruity flavour of the cherry and Kirsch combination is perfectly balanced by the inclusion of cranberries. **Presentation** Packaged in a beautiful keepsake tin, exclusive to Buckingham, decorated with a specially commissioned design in embossed Victorian style. 130mm diameter and 80mm high. **Shelf Life & Storage** 18 months. Ambient. Very resilient to long shipping times and different climates. Store in a cool, dry place, out of direct sunlight. No need to refrigerate.
