Indentations or unevenness on the surface, or separation from the container (de-molding) are normal and do not affect use. - Soy wax has a "memory" property. To prevent tunneling, ensure the candle burns for at least one hour on the first use, allowing the entire surface to melt evenly. - This product is compatible with a wax melt warmer. - When using a wax melt warmer, the fragrance intensity will be lighter than when directly burning the candle due to the lower bulb temperature. - Before each use, trim the wick to approximately 0.5cm. This reduces black smoke during burning and prevents the wick from becoming submerged in melted wax, which could extinguish the flame. - Due to the high concentration of essential oils in this product, it is recommended not to use it for more than 2 hours at a time. - Never leave a burning candle unattended and keep it away from flammable materials to prevent fire hazards. - Do not use while sleeping. - Burning candles require oxygen.
