◗ Participants must be 12 years or older to register for this event.
◗ Only ticket holders may participate. Those without tickets are not permitted to accompany or join the activity.
◗ To ensure the smooth running of the experience, please arrive on time. Late arrivals exceeding 15 minutes will not be admitted and are not eligible for refunds.
◗ Participants must adhere to the venue rules and follow the instructor's guidance. Any damages caused by violations will be the responsibility of the participant.
◗ In case of force majeure events such as natural disasters, we will proactively contact you for rescheduling or refunds.
◗ If you choose to withdraw from the activity for reasons not attributable to the organizer, no refund will be issued.
◗ In case of class cancellation due to natural disasters or other force majeure events, we will proactively contact you for rescheduling or refunds. In the event of a typhoon, the official announcements regarding work and class suspensions in the activity's location will serve as the standard for commencement and refunds, regardless of the participant's location.
◗ The organizer may conduct on-site photography during the experience for documentation and promotional purposes, with photos potentially uploaded to social media afterward. This may include images of you used for event records or future recruitment promotions.
If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform us at the venue, and we will make appropriate arrangements.
◗ Bringing companions or observers is not permitted.
If you need to cancel your reservation due to special circumstances, please notify us at least three days before the event date. Otherwise, no refunds will be issued; only rescheduling or switching to another course will be possible.
