**【Important Notes】** *For beginners, please choose designs with simple lines or color blocks for easier operation and to avoid exceeding the allotted time. *Due to the nature of the machinery, participants must be 10 years or older. Each course is for a single operator. (Participants aged 10-14 require a parent to accompany and assist throughout the session at no additional cost.) *To ensure the rights of other participants, please do not be late, as it may affect the class start time. Entry will not be permitted 10 minutes after the scheduled start time. Please reschedule your booking yourself (one reschedule allowed within 2 months). *After placing an order, please add our official LINE account: @ado_studio. Provide the registrant's full name and desired class date. Submit your design for review. Design files must be confirmed at least 7 days before the class. For last-minute registrations, please complete this process by the day before the class to ensure sufficient time. *To maintain teaching quality, only registered participants are allowed in the studio. Please do not bring guests. Pets and young children must be notified in advance. The studio opens 5 minutes before the class; please do not arrive too early to avoid waiting. *If you exceed the scheduled time, a 30-minute grace period will be provided. Alternatively, you may choose to extend the session, reschedule for another day, or take your work home as a semi-finished product. Extension or rescheduling fees are $300 per hour (less than an hour is charged as a full hour). *As the creation process requires physical exertion, please have your meal before attending. It is also advisable to avoid scheduling tight appointments immediately afterward. *No food is allowed in the studio, but beverages are permitted. *The class will be filmed and photographed for use as marketing material on the brand's website. If you do not wish to be filmed, please inform a staff member on-site to avoid being captured. By not informing us, you agree to Dottie Studio's use of images and footage that may include your likeness and work. *The studio operates by appointment only. Course bookings are non-cancellable, non-refundable, and cannot be rescheduled on the day of the class. Rescheduling or transferring your booking is permitted once within two months under the following circumstances: 1. Weather conditions: Government announces a suspension of work and classes in the relevant area. 2. Emergencies: Such as power outages or equipment malfunctions that prevent the class from proceeding. 3. Lateness. 4. Special circumstances: Such as illness or traffic accidents, which can be discussed. **【Disclaimer】** *The machinery is safe when operated according to guidelines. Therefore, all participants must strictly adhere to the operating rules. Dottie Studio is not liable for any injuries resulting from failure to comply with the guidelines. *In case of equipment malfunction or abnormality, stop operation immediately and notify staff. Do not attempt to handle it yourself. Any damage to equipment caused by unauthorized operation or failure to follow instructions will be subject to compensation at the full replacement cost. *By registering, you agree to the above terms and conditions.
