If the product is incorrect or has a new defect from shipping, please contact us within 7 days of arrival. We will assist you with returns, exchanges, or repairs (for custom items). Please ship the original item back with the original packaging within 5 days of contact; failure to do so will be considered forfeiture of your return/exchange rights. Ensure the product is in its original, unused condition.
