Please provide a link to your files or a cloud storage URL. We will first review the format and resolution to ensure it's suitable for printing. Once confirmed, you can proceed with your order on Pinkoi. ■ Ordering Process 1. Newlyweds can provide 3-5 photo files. The photo resolution should be 300dpi, with overall clarity being paramount. (Photos that are blurry, too dark, or of low resolution cannot be used for hand-drawn illustrations). 2. After confirming the file content, both parties will discuss and communicate. If you have any special requests, please be sure to raise them in advance for discussion (e.g., text, background, base color, etc.). The more detailed the information, the more intricate the illustration can be. 3. A maximum of 2 revisions are allowed for the draft artwork, offering minor adjustments. Extensive modifications or photo replacements are not accepted. 4. A draft illustration will be provided to the client for confirmation. (The couple needs to confirm the content of the draft). 5. Hand-drawn design -> Invitation layout -> Product proofreading -> Printing confirmation. This process takes approximately 28 working days. (It is recommended to start the creation process 3 to 5 months before your wedding date to ensure ample time for mailing the invitations to your friends and family). ■ Product Details 1. Includes: Main card, envelope, hot-stamped address, and envelope sticker. 2. Main card size: 12x17cm 3. Paper material: 420g Ivory card / 400g Matte card 4. Envelope size: 13.5x18.5cm (When placing your order, please provide us with your email address. We will send the final files via email upon completion.) 5. The design layout follows a pre-designed template. The content modification is as follows: * Front content: Modify with the couple's names and hand-drawn details. * Back content: Modify with the couple's names and banquet information. 6. The physical product is produced through printing. There will be a proportional color difference between the physical invitation and the color displayed on your computer screen (this is a normal phenomenon). ■ Important Notes 1. Hand-drawn illustrations are custom-made products. Cancellations or returns are not accepted after placing an order. 2. The copyright of the artwork belongs to the creator. The product is for the consumer's personal use only. If there are any "commercial uses or profit-making purposes," please inform us in advance (e.g., use in product sales, advertisements, promotional materials, trademarks, etc.).
