Snowflake Lace Earrings (Non-Hole Pierce) [White]

This is my first single-color piece using tokushou beads. I love its delicate and pure aesthetic. I used the smallest size of seed beads, tokushou, as the main material, weaving them together with fishing line. A long time ago, while working on snowflake motifs, I had the idea: "What if I didn't complete the pattern with just six elements, but made it a continuous pattern, like lace? Wouldn't that be cute!?" That was the very beginning. After much trial and error, I've finally brought it to life. The final design incorporates feedback from a poll I conducted on Instagram Stories. Like ice or icicles. It sparkles the most when light hits it! ・Translucent: Uncolored and transparent with a matte and aurora finish. Mystical. ・White: Opaque white with a matte and aurora finish. Feels like snow. You can almost hear the crunching sound of making a snowball. For the translucent and white colors, I originally had them in marukou beads and loved the colors so much that when I tried to source tokushou beads for this project, they weren't being manufactured. I worked through a supplier to place a special order with the manufacturer to obtain these materials – a testament to my dedication! Furthermore, the surface of the clear beads is unprocessed and smooth, allowing the fishing line to pass through easily. However, the matte and aurora finishes on the translucent and white beads create significant friction, making the production process take 7 hours per pair. This difference in production time between the clear beads and the translucent/white beads results in a price difference. Additionally, due to the nature of resin, its ability to spring back or its flexibility is weaker than metal. If opened excessively, it may not return to its original shape. Please be careful not to apply excessive force by over-stretching or twisting, as this can cause damage during wear or removal. Please avoid disinfecting the resin parts with rubbing alcohol, as it can cause discoloration or damage.
