1. Upon placing your order, an "E-ticket Notification Email" will be sent.
2. For laser-engraved options, please specify your desired text in the "Message to Designer" field after confirming your engraving content.
3. Your reservation is confirmed only after a store associate from your chosen experience location contacts you and confirms the date and seat availability.
4. As materials are prepared after order payment, please book at least 3 days in advance.
5. ART64 Design Store provides a unified invoice receipt. If you require a company-specific invoice with a tax ID, please provide the company name and tax ID in the "Message to Designer" field.
6. Refunds will not be issued if the activity is cancelled due to reasons not attributable to ART64.
7. In case of class suspension due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, we will proactively contact you for rescheduling or a refund.
