After placing your order, please message our studio. The artist will then discuss the details of your artwork with you. Please provide clear, well-lit photos and discuss your desired size and background. We suggest a canvas size of 27x22 cm, though other sizes are available with adjusted pricing. For a focus on your pet, a solid color background is recommended. You are also welcome to message us with your requests before ordering to confirm. 2. Once confirmed, the creation process will begin. Completion time varies depending on the complexity and size of the artwork, so please allow for this. 3. Upon completion, the artist will send you a photo of the artwork for your review and to discuss any necessary adjustments. Significant revisions may incur an additional fee. 4. After any revisions are made, the artist will sign the piece in a corner, and it will be prepared for shipping. Please note that due to the nature of oil paints, the artwork needs to dry completely, which typically takes one to two weeks after completion before it can be packaged and sent. Please consider the following when ordering: ***To accurately capture your pet's fur color, please ensure the photos you provide match their actual fur color. You may also provide multiple photos for the artist's reference. ***Each pet has unique characteristics that require careful attention during painting.
