Course Guidelines Please read the following guidelines carefully. If you cannot comply, please do not place an order to avoid mutual inconvenience. ┆ Appointment Only ┆ Same-day registrations are not accepted. Arrive 5-10 minutes early to enjoy the full class experience. If you are delayed on the day, please notify us, and we will hold your spot for 10 minutes. If you arrive more than 10 minutes past your reserved time or do not show up without notice, the class cannot proceed. We appreciate your understanding. ┆ Ordering Instructions ┆ Please select your desired color before ordering. Once the color is chosen, it cannot be changed. Product exchanges or add-on purchases are not permitted on the day of the class. Add-on items are not sold separately and must be purchased with the main product. ┆ Important Notes ┆ Due to the complexity of the steps, participation is limited to ages 5 and above. We appreciate your understanding. If you have a companion, only the registered participant will be able to craft during the class. Please do not register for one person and have two people attend. "Lumi Handmade Weaving" will be taking photos and videos during the event. These images or videos may be used for event records or future promotions. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform the staff on-site. "Lumi Handmade Weaving" reserves the final right to approve course schedules and registrations. As there is a minimum spend in the cafe, each person is required to purchase one drink. Companions must also order a drink. Thank you for your understanding. If a student is 12 years old or younger, they must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the entire duration of the class. In accordance with Article 51 of the "Children and Youth Welfare and Rights Protection Act," children under six years of age or those requiring special care must not be left unattended or placed in the care of an unsuitable person. Violators may be subject to a fine of NT$3,000 to NT$15,000 and may be required to attend 4 to 50 hours of parent education counseling, as per Articles 99 and 102. ┆ Cancelling Appointments ┆ In case of natural disasters or other force majeure events, participants will be contacted proactively to assist with rescheduling. If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 3 calendar days in advance. No-shows without valid reasons will be required to pay a deposit for future bookings. Two consecutive no-shows without valid reasons will result in being blacklisted and service suspension.
