After this move, emperors of the Qing Dynasty had to follow suit to be considered favoritism to their harem. The lychee book used to record accounts can still be seen in the Forbidden City. 🍃 In the hot season, the sweetness of lychees is like sunshine on the tip of your tongue. But lychees smell good for one day and change in three days. Once that moment of freshness is gone, it will be hard to find the original taste again. So, people learned to brew it into wine, using time, sugar and wine to seal the sweetness of that moment. 🍷 For this fruit wine experience, we selected two classic varieties grown by local small farmers in Taiwan: Black Leaf Lychee | Rich fruit aroma, firm texture, solid flavor, the aroma is closest to the original lychee. Osmanthus-flavored lychee | The fruit is crystal clear, with the aroma of osmanthus, and the aftertaste is soft and elegant. Among the trees, bamboos and rocks, we invite you to come to the old street of Dadaocheng. Between the story and the aroma, make your own bottle of lychee wine.
