* All products are handmade. After order confirmation and payment, it takes 10-14 business days for production and shipping (excluding special custom orders). If you have an urgent need, please contact us to inquire.
* In case of natural disasters, accidents, or other unforeseen circumstances leading to delivery delays, we will issue a shipping delay notification. We appreciate your understanding.
* Shipments are handled by logistics providers and convenience store delivery services. The actual arrival time depends on the driver's route and circumstances, and specific delivery or arrival times cannot be guaranteed.
* Invoices are issued for all items in the store. If you require a unified invoice number (統編), please be sure to note it in your order.
| After-Sales Service |
* All HYGGE ADORN products come with after-sales service, including a one-year warranty and lifetime basic cleaning and maintenance. Within the one-year warranty period, non-human-induced damage under normal use will be repaired free of charge once. Customized items, gemstone loss, or damage caused by human factors are not covered under warranty. Repair fees may apply depending on the situation.
* Lost warranty cards will not be reissued; please keep them in a safe place.
* HYGGE ADORN reserves the right to refuse after-sales service for items without a warranty card or for products not purchased from HYGGE ADORN.
* All round-trip shipping costs for after-sales service will be borne by the consumer.
* All after-sales services (ring size adjustment, chain length adjustment, cleaning, repair of breaks, gemstone detachment) require the enclosed product warranty card. A record of after-sales service history will be kept on the warranty card. Please contact us to apply for after-sales service.

* All products undergo a professional quality control check before shipment. If you receive a defective item, please keep the product intact and notify us within 3 days of receipt, providing photos of the defect for verification. The following are not considered defects:
# Color Difference: Product photo colors may vary due to different browsing devices and settings. Please refer to the actual color of the item received.
# Size: Due to different measurement methods, a size difference of 0.5-1 cm is considered normal.
# Solder Points: While our products are handcrafted with precision, minor solder points may be present, such as at the junction of the ear post and earring, or at necklace connections. Slight unevenness at these junctions due to soldering is normal.
# Gemstones: All items use natural gemstones, so each gemstone will have unique inclusions and textures. Natural black spots, lines, feather cracks, or cotton-like inclusions within gemstones are normal.
# Pearls: All items use natural pearls, each a unique gemstone with its own natural luster. While we select pearls for consistency, each one will not be identical.
| Return Policy |
* All items (excluding custom orders) are eligible for a 7-day appreciation period, starting from the day after the item is signed for until the 7th day. Please inspect the contents of your order immediately upon receipt. Returns cannot be accepted after the 7-day appreciation period. The 7-day appreciation period is not a trial period; please do not wear the jewelry for an extended time before returning it. Returns will not be accepted under the following circumstances:
# Exceeding the 7-day appreciation period.
# Item not returned in its original packaging box and carton.
# Incomplete or damaged accessories and invoice, such as paper invoices, warranty cards, envelopes, packaging boxes, paper bags, kraft paper boxes, or earring backs that were delivered with the item.
# Non-normal trial wear, where the item shows clear signs of prolonged wear and soiling.
# The item has been altered, such as by engraving or resizing/chain length adjustment.
# Promotional gifts not returned.
# Human-induced damage to the item upon return.
# Engraved items are considered custom orders and are not eligible for the 7-day appreciation period.
* According to court rulings, custom orders made according to consumer requests are not eligible for the 7-day appreciation period, and therefore, custom orders cannot be returned.
* Return shipping costs will be borne by HYGGE ADORN. However, if the original order amount does not meet the free shipping threshold after the return, the original shipping fee will be deducted from the refund. If the original order amount exceeded the free shipping threshold, no additional shipping fee will be charged.
* Each order is eligible for one free return shipping service. If you need to add or return items within the 7-day appreciation period, you will be responsible for the shipping costs. To avoid disputes, please ensure you have fully inspected the items before initiating a return.
* If a return causes the order to no longer qualify for a promotional discount, the discount amount will be deducted from the refund.
* If you make more than 3 returns without specific reasons within one year, HYGGE ADORN will blacklist you for six months.
