1. Studio address:
The detailed address will be given after the appointment time is confirmed. The studio is located in the building opposite the main entrance of Yadu Landis Hotel, about 5 minutes walk from Zhongshan Elementary School/Xingtian Temple MRT Station.
2. Those who are more than 30 minutes late or do not attend on the day of color measurement will be deemed to have canceled the appointment and no refund will be given.
3. This is a one-on-one service, and no accompanying persons will be provided to observe the content.
4. If you need to change your reservation:
Please contact us*4 days*before the service time (including the day of color measurement). There is a limit of 3 modifications within 60 days. If it exceeds 60 days or more than 3 modifications are made, it will be deemed as cancellation and no refund will be given (60 days starts from the time the order is established).
5. If you need to cancel your appointment:
- General cancellation: Please contact us*5 days*before the original scheduled service time (including the day of color measurement). If not notified before the specified time, no refund will be given.
- Cancellation under special circumstances: Please contact us*3 days*before the original scheduled service time (including the day of color measurement). Xiaoque Color will decide whether to refund based on the situation.
- Xiaoque Color voluntarily cancels or there are force majeure factors such as natural disasters: Xiaoque Color proactively contacts to change the reservation time or refund.
