(2) The weather forecast is good, but the sea conditions at the site that day are obviously not suitable for entering the water. The activity will be canceled and a full refund will be issued. (3) If the sea conditions deteriorate during the voyage and the voyage is changed or suspended for safety reasons, no refunds will be given. Consumer Return Policy: (1) If you notify the cancellation 7 days before the departure date (excluding the departure date), a full refund will be provided. (2) If the cancellation is notified within 6 days to 4 days before the departure date (excluding the departure date), only 50% of the paid amount will be refunded. (3) No cancellations will be accepted from 3 days before the departure date to the same day, and no refund will be given. Changes of participants must be notified before noon the day before the event, and the new participant’s insurance information must be prepared. If you need to change the tier (date and time period) due to personal factors, you can only change it once, and please inform us in advance (temporary tier changes will no longer be accepted 3 days before the event). If due to force majeure factors, such as earthquakes or typhoons, you can switch to other levels without time limit. 【Precautions】 1. The event adopts a customized reservation system. Please pay special attention not to be late to avoid affecting your own rights. 2. Taiwanese passengers should carry their ID cards or health insurance cards with them, and foreign passengers should carry their passports with them in order to participate in maritime activities. 3. Please do not smoke or chew betel nuts on board, do not carry dangerous goods, flammable goods, or items that emit a foul odor, or engage in dangerous activities. To protect navigation safety and the rights of other passengers, please follow the instructions of the instructor. 4. In order to comply with sailing etiquette and for safety reasons, you must take off your shoes and board the ship barefoot before boarding. Bare feet increase friction and reduce the likelihood of slipping. The shoes you take off will be placed at the pier. 5. In the event of force majeure factors such as weather, walruses, temporary accidents, etc., based on safety considerations, the supplier has the right to cancel the event. In this case, you can choose to receive a full refund or reschedule for free. 6. Water sports are easily affected by the weather. During the actual sailing, the instructor may modify the itinerary according to changes in wind direction and hydrological conditions, or even cancel the voyage midway if the sea conditions worsen. If you cannot accept that the itinerary may change for any reason, please do not participate. 7. To ensure the safety and smooth progress of this activity, please always follow the instructor’s instructions and do not take off your life jacket during the activity. If you do not listen to dissuasion, the instructor has the right to immediately suspend the activity without refund in order to avoid accidents. We will not be responsible for any accidents that occur if you do not follow the advice! 8. If you are afraid of seasickness, please bring your own seasickness medicine and take it in advance. Do not stay up late the day before sailing. Maintaining a good mental state and a happy and relaxed mood can reduce the possibility of seasickness.
