Please bring a mask with you to participate in the activities, and wear a mask if necessary. 4. The process will provide alcohol-enhanced disinfection of table tops and other frequent touch points. # A group of peace of mind *Ticket sales rules: 1. After the ticket is purchased, the station will provide a successful ticket purchase certificate, and no physical ticket will be sent. On the day of the event, please go to the registration office to show the successful registration notification letter or order to enter. 2. If you are unable to attend after the payment is completed, you can apply for a refund through the order system, and all expenses incurred at 30% of the ticket price will be charged. Since the event materials must be prepared 3 days before the event, refunds will not be accepted within 3 days from the day before the event. 3. If the date is changed due to personal factors, please refund the ticket and buy the ticket again. No refund or exchange will be accepted within 3 days from the day before the event. 4. The activity is suitable for parent-child groups over the age of 4. Activity materials are prepared for ticket buyers. 5. Admission is open 10 minutes before the activity. In order to make the experience activities go smoothly, please be careful not to be late. If you are late for more than 30 minutes, you will not be able to enter the venue, and you will not be able to refund. 6. Please abide by the rules of the event venue and cooperate with the on-site instructions. If there is any violation and the damage is caused, you should be responsible for it yourself. 7. If there are force majeure factors such as natural disasters, we will take the initiative to contact you for an extension or refund. 8. If the participation in the activity is suspended due to non-accountable factors, no refund will be made. 9. If the class is suspended due to force majeure such as natural disasters, we will take the initiative to contact you for an extension or refund. In case of a typhoon, the class suspension standard announced by the event venue will be the class start and refund standard, regardless of the location of the participants. 10. The event process will be taken by the organizer according to the needs, and uploaded to the community after the event. In the future, the organizer may use photos and images containing your portrait for event records or publicity purposes. If you do not want to be photographed, you can inform us at the event site, and we will pay attention and make special arrangements. *Cancellation Policy of the Organizer: The Central Meteorological Administration issued an onshore typhoon warning and a special report of heavy rain. The event will be postponed and no refund will be given. Consumer cancellation policy: Cancellations are not accepted within 2 days to the day before the departure date, and no refunds will be made.
