Production takes approximately 7-14 days (excluding weekends and holidays), and items will be shipped in the order they are received. ▸ 1-2 items will be packaged in a small cowhide paper box with twine. Multiple items will be packaged in a large cowhide paper box with twine. Orders totaling $1200 or more will receive a complimentary upgrade to ribbon packaging (or you can purchase an upgrade separately on the product page). ✿ About After-Sales Service ✿ ▸ Pierced earrings are personal items. For hygiene and safety reasons, returns are not accepted unless the item is defective. ▸ If you receive a product with missing parts, errors, damage, or significant defects, please message us within 7 days of receiving your order (the day you receive it is Day 1). Requests after this period will not be processed. ▸ Jewelry is eligible for free repairs and replacement of metal parts (e.g., loose lobster clasps, broken jump rings) within 6 months.
