1. Gudee products are made of all-natural bamboo, so there are natural patterns and color differences of bamboo. Therefore, each product is unique. If it does not affect the structure, the natural phenomenon of bamboo is not covered by the warranty for defective products.
2. The product is purely handmade, so there may be some errors. The error value is within a reasonable range of 1-3 cm.

_Return and Exchange Information_
1. When signing for the items, please check whether the outer box is damaged. If it is severely damaged, you can refuse to accept it or ask the logistics company to return the goods.
2. If the product arrives defective, please contact Gudee customer service for assistance.
3. Each order only provides one free return service within a seven-day cooling-off period. If you need to return an item within seven days, please bear the return shipping fee yourself. To avoid disputes, please confirm and inspect the item before returning it.
4. If you wish to return or exchange products, please keep the original packaging intact. Products cannot be returned or exchanged once they have been used.
5. The seven-day cooling-off period does not apply to the following situations: if the product is not defective but has stains, wear and tear, odor, missing accessories, or is damaged due to usage, no returns or exchanges will be accepted.

1. One year warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty is limited to normal indoor use. Quality assurance covers: bamboo frame, chair legs, spare parts.

During the warranty period, if there is any problem with the product, please contact the original purchaser and provide the complete product including accessories, inner and outer packaging and original purchase receipt. If the product is in normal use and meets the warranty conditions of our company, our company will provide product repair or replacement with the same or same grade product.
