(A news story from long ago: smuggled sika deer fell into the sea, bobbing in the water until rescued by fishermen. However, due to reasons like unclear origin and the need to destroy smuggled goods, the deer was euthanized. Despite efforts by local organizations and legislators, it couldn't overcome the Bureau of Animal and Plant Health Inspection and Quarantine... So, I drew him on paper, printed him on clothes, and kept him here.)
