There is a backlit pedestal in the shape of Buddha touching the ground and subduing demons.
The date is estimated to be between the 18th and 19th centuries (the cultural relic dealers who brought it back to Taiwan think the date should be older...)
I have been handling cultural relics for many years...it is better to be conservative and underestimate the age.
The bottom of the Buddha statue is completely sealed with mud.

The exterior has been cleaned up.
Remove the hard, cement-like Cement on the Bronze . Remove most of the green rust and oxides.
