This "double color-fixing black" process significantly enhances colorfastness, ensuring a deep black that resists fading or becoming washed out, even after extended wear and repeated washing. The fit is based on the classic Type 3 Trucker Jacket, with adjustments made for practical wear. Two side hand-warmer pockets have been added, preserving the vintage silhouette while enhancing convenience for daily commutes and use. The hardware and stitching fully adhere to "Iron Heart" specifications, notably featuring a one-piece post button design that integrates the button face and base for higher manufacturing difficulty but a more robust structure. The 21oz fabric itself presents an extreme manufacturing challenge; this entire jacket was completed in very limited quantities, overcoming numerous instances of broken needles and threads. We continue to insist on the fully felled seam construction, rather than compromising with rolled hems or simplified stitching. The fabric has undergone a desizing treatment, eliminating further shrinkage concerns, with approximately 30-40% of the sizing retained for shaping. It will feel quite stiff initially, but will gradually conform to your body shape with wear, achieving a one-to-one replica with careful attention to detail.
