Casual shoes are packaged in shoeboxes; slippers, bags, and accessories are packaged in PP bags. Packaging is for protection during transit, and minor dents or creases may occur. Packaging itself is not eligible for return or exchange. 8. Genuine leather insoles may vary in texture and color depending on the part of the skin and the season (unlike synthetic leather, which has uniform color and texture). Wrinkles or color variations are not considered defects. 9. Product images may vary slightly due to individual screen settings; actual products are the final reference. Manual production may result in variations within the international standard tolerance and measurement differences of 1-3cm, which are unavoidable. 10. Collaborated products are officially licensed.
