1. Please arrive on time.
To ensure a smooth session, we recommend arriving 10 minutes early to settle in.
2. Flower materials are subject to seasonal availability.
We select seasonal blooms to maintain freshness and aesthetic appeal.
3. Cancellations or rescheduling.
Kindly notify us at least 3 days prior to the class for one rescheduling opportunity.
No refunds will be issued for last-minute cancellations or no-shows.
4. Please bring a protective bag or paper bag.
This will help you safely transport your finished bouquet home.
5. The workshop includes one beverage.
You may redeem it before or after the class, subject to on-site arrangements.
6. A shared, respectful space.
When taking photos or videos, please be mindful of others' creative experience.
Kindly keep your workspace tidy and converse softly.
7. Photography and recording.
The organizers may use photos and videos from the workshop for event documentation or future promotional purposes.
If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform our staff upon arrival. We will ensure your privacy is respected, allowing you to participate comfortably.
