This ear cuff was inspired by the Japanese wave pattern and the national treasure “Red and White Plum Blossoms” by Korin Ogata.
The gold-colored base is textured by chisel hammering. The result is a gorgeous yet calm texture.
To avoid becoming too Japanese, we landed on the impression of Klimt's Golden Style and the Vienna Secession.
The design is such that when worn on the ear, the wave pattern runs horizontally to diagonally.
We tried to create the right balance for the ear cuff while making the most of the roundness and volume of the design.
You can enjoy it on either side.
