Most items in our shop are made to order. The estimated shipping time can be viewed on the Pinkoi desktop version. Ready-to-ship items are dispatched within 1-3 days. For made-to-order pieces, please allow for production time. Items priced over $2000 TWD will be presented in a jewelry box (boxes can be purchased separately for items under $2000). 2. Non-plated pure silver items will include a polishing cloth. 3. For environmental considerations, multiple item purchases will be packaged with minimal wrapping (items that come with a box will still include one). Please inform the designer if separate packaging is required. The image shows the jewelry box; the video displays the complete shipping packaging, making it suitable for gifting. For jewelry with gemstones or plating, we recommend removing it before showering. 2. Avoid direct contact with chemicals such as perfumes. 3. When not in use, gently wipe with a soft cloth or polishing cloth and store in a sealed bag. 4.
