1. Full payment for the class fee is required upon booking. If you need to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, please discuss with the instructor. Cancellations are non-refundable.
2. Cancellations made less than three days (72 hours) before the class starts are non-refundable.
3. As this class utilizes shared studio space, punctuality is essential. Please do not be late, as it may affect your learning experience. If your class time is reduced due to personal reasons and you are unable to complete the session, we will not offer make-up classes or extended time.
4. This is a skill-based workshop, and accompanying guests are not permitted. Please discuss any special circumstances with the instructor.
5. Buttercream clay can be firm. If you have a hand injury and are unable to apply pressure, please consider this before booking.
6. The class will use two types of buttercream clay. The clay recipe will not be provided, but we will offer purchasing channels for some of the clays so you can continue practicing at home. If you wish to purchase the clay recipe, please inquire with the instructor.
