Teacher Judy has been working in the industry for more than ten years and has a deep understanding of**health aromatherapy**. She later studied aromatherapy and went to Japan for further study. She hopes that through different ways of experiencing aroma, everyone can take better care of themselves and find the beauty of life.

**Dual paths of incense studies and Zen meditation:**Integrating the profound incense culture with the meaning of meditation, one can comprehend the spirit of incense by making and tasting incense by hand.

Under the guidance of the instructor, students make incense by themselves to experience the tranquility and depth of the art of incense. All materials are selected from natural medicinal materials, so that you can smell the fragrance and calm your mind during the process of making incense.
**Use incense as a teacher and have a self-dialogue:**Through the medium of aroma, learn to observe your inner self and feel your breathing when burning incense, and cultivate concentration and freedom in the present moment.

☑️Yuanxiang-The history of fragrance
Starting with a tour of the incense culture of various countries, we will gain a deeper understanding of the role of incense in human civilization, the origin of incense and the evolution of ancient incense affairs.
☑️Introduction to incense-incense materials
The course will introduce the knowledge of incense materials, guide the reading of classic incense charts, and learn the basics of "incense blending techniques" to practice making natural incense products that can be used in daily life.
☑️Playing with incense - making Biwen Fugui incense bags, incense sticks and incense balls.
The ancients used**plants to drive away filth**avoid epidemics, which embodies the preventive concept of "treating diseases before they occur**in traditional Chinese medicine. Through the**smell and medicinal properties of aromatic plants, harmony between people and the environment can be achieved. It can be used for bathing or made into sachets to be worn, which has both cleansing and health-preserving functions.

Workshop Description

1) Fees include lecture notes and course materials.
2) Classes will start with four people. If the number of participants is not reached, we will notify you to choose another date.
3) The Association reserves the right to change the course content, time and venue.
4) To protect your rights, if you cancel a course due to personal reasons after payment, a 30% handling fee (total original price) will be charged.
5) The course is registered online. No cancellation or refund will be accepted from 7 days before the course starts to the day of the course. Only the date can be changed and the course must be completed within six months.
6) If you need to reschedule, please contact us immediately through the page.
7) If classes are suspended due to force majeure such as natural disasters, the government will issue notices to inform students whether the class will be held at the latest one day before the course, and provide a make-up class date.
8) Admission is open 15 minutes before the course. To protect the course and the rights of other students, please be careful not to be late unless there is a traffic accident or prior notice. If you are late for more than 30 minutes, you will not be allowed to enter and no refund will be given.
9) The association will take side shots of you during the class as needed and upload them to the official social media after the class. The association may use photos and videos containing your portrait for event records or other recruitment promotion purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, you can inform the staff at the course site and we will pay attention and make special arrangements.
