▎ Care Instructions:
1. All items are crafted with sterling silver, gold, and natural gemstones. Please avoid soaking in hot springs or direct contact with acidic or alkaline substances, such as skincare products.
2. Silver polishing liquid is a corrosive agent and should not be used.
3. Clean jewelry before storing to prevent oxidation from sweat and oils. After cleaning, it is recommended to store the item in a zip-lock bag to avoid exposure to air.
4. For plated jewelry, the gradual fading of the gold plating over time and with wear is a normal phenomenon. To maintain the color's longevity, please remove the jewelry before bathing, clean it with a mild detergent, and then store it.

1. The semi-precious stones and pearls used in Terry & Andris fine jewelry are natural materials, each unique. Growth marks and natural patterns are not considered defects.
2. Color variations may occur due to different browsing devices, which is within the normal range of error.
3. Custom-made jewelry is non-returnable or exchangeable unless there is a product defect.
4. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for items that have been personally modified or damaged due to human factors.
