Driftwood, Fruit, and Seed Creation Hanging Ornament - A Beautiful Day

As you wake up, the sun gently warms the earth. Birds chirp merrily on the treetops, and playful frogs hop about. What a wonderful, beautiful day it is. The cluster of fruits in the center are acorns from *Cyclobalanopsis glauca* found on Toukoushan Mountain in Xinshe, Taichung. The acorns here are about twice the size of the common varieties, exceptionally large and full, making them quite unique. The body of the little bird above is crafted from the fruits of the *Brachychiton rupestris*, with its belly made from wool felt. The frog on the lower right features a mouth of *Thevetia peruviana* and a belly of acorns from *Quercus variabilis*. The small white flowers are seeds from *Sapium sebiferum*, and the pot below is a *Belladonna* fruit. Original creation using natural materials. Each piece is unique, and photographed individually.
