Warranty Period: Enjoy a two-year free warranty service from the date of purchase. ‧ The warranty card must be filled with the purchase date (no alterations allowed) and stamped with the warranty seal. If the card is lost but proof of purchase date can be provided, it will be considered valid. ‧ For issues outside the warranty scope or after the warranty period, lifetime repair services are available. The buyer will be responsible for round-trip shipping and repair part costs. 2. Warranty Coverage: Handles, pull rods, and wheels are covered under warranty. ‧ Defects caused by material issues or manufacturing flaws are also covered. ‧ This warranty does not apply to damage resulting from normal wear and tear, improper use, external factors (especially damage during transportation, such as deformation, breakage, body damage, scratches, abrasions, etc.), or liquid damage that affects usability. 3. Repair Process: ‧ Please take photos of the item before sending it for repair. ‧ Contact customer service by phone before shipping the item back to our company (round-trip shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility). ‧ For repairs outside the warranty scope or after the warranty period, our repair team will assess the cost and contact you for a quote. Repairs will commence upon your confirmation. 4. Repair Timeframe: ‧ Standard Repair: Approximately 30 business days (excluding weekends and holidays, and transit time). ‧ Expedited Repair: Approximately 20 business days (excluding weekends and holidays, and transit time). An additional fee of $150 NTD applies for expedited service. ‧ If parts need to be ordered from overseas, expedited service is not applicable, and the waiting period may be 2-3 months. 5. Exclusions: If your luggage is damaged during airport handling or by other external forces, please file a claim directly with the airline. This is not covered by our company's warranty. 6. Repair Item Storage: Items not collected within three months from the date we notify you will be considered voluntarily abandoned, and we will no longer be responsible for their storage. 【Important Notes】 1. Replacement parts used during repairs may not always be original. If original parts are out of stock or discontinued, alternative parts will be used. 2. Please provide a box for repairs and warranty service. Items handed over directly to the delivery driver without a box may not be accepted. 3. Within the warranty period, free repair services for covered items are available upon presentation of the warranty card. If damage is due to improper use or the warranty card cannot be presented, repair costs for parts will still be charged within the warranty period. 4. For any damage incurred during airline transit, please ensure you file a claim with the airline before leaving the airport. If a claim is not filed promptly, the customer will be responsible for the repair costs of parts not covered by the warranty.
