Established in the late Qing Dynasty and early Republic of China era. The first generation, Yang Gan Jia, started as a street vendor and later founded the shop named "Lie Jin Hao." The second generation was Yang Shi Da. The third generation, Yang Qin Sheng, to honor his father's legacy in expanding the dumpling business, changed the founding date from his father Mr. Yang Shi Da's birth year of 1932 to the current founding date and adopted his grandfather Yang Gan Jia's name to create "Guan Jia Meat Dumpling & Rice Cake King." This deep emotional connection is the origin of the shop's name. Now, the fourth generation, Yang Ju Wei, has taken the helm. The rice cake dough is made from pure glutinous rice flour; it is wrapped with minced pork that is half lean and half fat, complemented by crispy fried shallots and a special braised sauce that is simmered until deeply flavorful. The chewy texture of the rice cake paired with the smooth, savory meat filling leaves a lasting taste, making it a classic Taiwanese traditional rice dish.

Ingredients:
Glutinous rice, Pork (Taiwan), Fried Shallots (Shallots, Refined Palm Oil, Tapioca Starch), Soy Sauce, Salt, Cane Sugar.

Notes: This product is a frozen food and is not ready to eat. It should be thoroughly heated before consumption.
Heating methods may vary due to equipment and weather conditions; adjustments can be made as needed.
Heating Instructions:
I. Thawing Method: Place in a tray or container to prevent leakage. Refrigerate and thaw (0°C - 7°C) for 8-12 hours.
II. Heating After Thawing: Steaming “Best Heating Method”. After complete thawing, steam in a steamer or electric cooker for approximately 20-30 minutes.
Notes:
1. Microwave heating may affect the flavor of the dumplings and is not recommended.
2. This box contains 6 pieces. You may thaw in batches as needed. Once thawed, do not refreeze.
3. After thawing, store refrigerated at 0-7°C and consume within 2 days.
4. Heating times may vary depending on equipment; adjust as needed.
Storage: Store frozen below -18°C.
