Sea Turtle Acrylic Charm

After finishing my scuba diving studies in university, this was the first large marine creature I encountered outside of the "miso soup" waters of the Northeast Coast. (Back then, I hadn't even considered wanting to see giants like sunfish, humpback whales, or sperm whales 🫠 As I dove more often, I began seeing sea turtles with increasing frequency. The rarity faded, replaced by a sense of familiar friendship. Last year, while in Bali, I was overjoyed to spot a sea turtle at 20 meters using just my own breath-hold ability – it was a truly fantastic moment! This particular friend has since been immortalized as part of a skeleton illustration on a postcard and a beach cleanup event towel. And now, it has transformed into an acrylic charm! 😍
