Sandianshui organic fresh ginger rice cake has always been our flagship product. Three kinds of organic fresh ginger give the ginger rice cake three kinds of ginger power, front, middle and back, spicy but not choking. Served with Philippine organic brown sugar with cane sweetness and mineral flavor, it is boiled into thick ginger syrup according to ancient methods, and then pounded into local organic fresh ginger rice cakes that are smoky, tough and non-sticky. One third of a pound of ginger is used in one base of the rice cake. It is fragrant and fragrant in the mouth and has a soft, waxy and smooth texture.

This year we continue to use organic ginger from the local agricultural youth team "Reviver Alliance". Local ginger is sown in March and harvested after the winter solstice. This year, Hong Kong experienced the hottest summer weather and the worst rain of the century. As a result, some of the farmers’ ginger plants fell into disrepair and production decreased. The only ones left in the fields are weather-beaten local gingers. In response to this year's weather and production, we also use Taiwanese organic fresh ginger. The three kinds of ginger give the rice cake the three kinds of ginger power in the front, middle and back. It is spicy but not spicy, and has its own milky aroma.
Real freshly ground ginger juice accounts for one-third of the weight of the rice cake.
From the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine, ginger can warm the spleen and stomach, dispel wind and cold, and refill yang energy. It is a good health and warming product in winter. One serving of ginger rice cake is 600 grams, one-third of which is freshly ground ginger juice. Last year, all Sandianshui staff spent four days extracting local ginger into ginger juice essence. We spent half a day washing and removing the mud from the ginger, and another three days grinding the ginger juice and removing the shreds. A handmade rice cake with enough ingredients, it took four days to prepare the ingredients alone.

To complement the umami flavor of fresh ginger juice, we specially paired it with Philippine organic brown sugar.
