The flower vessel is made of five different colors of soil mixed and then drawn into shape. During the drawing process, a naturally rotating texture is produced. Different colors are embellished on the work to enrich the simple shape.
In order to show the color of earth, I chose a completely transparent glaze, but I added white glaze on the inside of the work to give it a simple feel.
