10-inch Pumpkin Chicken Quiche

The rich flavor of chunks of chicken and pumpkin. Chicken thighs are marinated in milk and spices overnight, pan-fried before being oven-baked to lock in the juices. The chestnut pumpkin is simply seasoned and slow-roasted until tender and sweet. A milk-and-egg mixture of fresh basil is added, along with a thick layer of mozzarella, cheddar, and Parmesan cheeses. After removing from the oven, a sprinkle of homegrown basil and a layer of shaved mature cheese are added. Reheating: Cut the quiche into appropriate sizes. Preheat the oven to 180°C/320°F and bake for 15-20 minutes, depending on the oven power, until the filling is piping hot and the surface is golden brown. If frozen, thaw the quiche before reheating in the oven. Microwaving is not recommended as it may affect the taste. 🙏 Handmade pies are purely handmade and contain no additives.
