The surface has been treated with a finishing agent. If stained, gently wipe with a wet wipe. ★ Do not use cleaning agents or alcohol-based volatile products for cleaning. ★ All products are handmade; do not expose to fire, water, sharp objects, or apply strong force. ★ Warranty Period: Two years. ★ Warranty Scope: Manufacturing defects, breakage of bracelet or necklace connectors, detachment of leather hardware. ★ Upon receiving the product, please inspect it immediately for accuracy. If there are any discrepancies or new defects caused during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will assist you with returns, exchanges, or repairs (for custom orders). Please ship the original item back with the original packaging within 5 days of contact. Failure to return within the time limit will be considered an automatic waiver of return/exchange rights. Please maintain the product's integrity. The item must be "brand new and unused," and the packaging must be fully intact for return, including the purchased item, outer box, accessories, inner and outer packaging, product card or shipping slip, accompanying documents, gifts, etc. If any items are missing or the product is damaged or incomplete, returns or exchanges cannot be processed. ★ During the warranty period, bracelets or necklaces that break or detach can be repaired free of charge. ★ If the product cracks, breaks, or loses a part due to external impact or improper human use, we will assess the situation to determine if repair is possible and may charge a nominal material fee. ★ For returns due to manufacturing defects, the buyer covers the return shipping cost, and we cover the shipping cost for the repaired item back to you. For all other repairs, the buyer is responsible for the round-trip postage. ★ Before shipping an item back for repair, please contact us to obtain a repair number; otherwise, we will not be able to process it. ★ Please ensure all returned items for repair are placed in a sealed zip-lock bag and packaged with protective materials like bubble wrap before shipping. We are not responsible for any further damage that may occur during transit. ★ Repair time is approximately 1 to 4 weeks, depending on the condition of the item and whether it needs to be sent back to the factory. If materials are out of stock or discontinued, especially for certain natural stones where similar or identical replacements may not be available, we may not be able to assist with the repair if no alternative solution exists.
