Earl Grey Tea Cookies: Our Earl Grey tea cookies are made of New Zealand butter, British Twinings Earl Grey tea, American wheat flour, a touch of bergamot fragrance and classic black tea, plus a crunchy texture, which is unique.
Chocolate Cookies: These are relatively "not sweet" chocolate cookies. We use Extra Rouge cocoa powder from France, and then mix Belgian black chocolate nuggets into the cookie dough to give it a texture besides the crunch.
