1. Communication while alive must be completed for 6 months/communication after death must be completed for 14 days
2. The person making an appointment for communication must be the owner or the main caregiver. If the caregiver is acting as a caregiver, the owner’s consent must be obtained.
3. The person making the reservation must be over 18 years old
4. Necessary information will be notified by the official LINE, be sure to join the official LINE
5. Message candles must be kept out of the reach of children and furry pets and kept well ventilated.

☞The level of expression of each furry child is different, about the level of a kindergarten child
☞Respect the condition of the furry child. If the furry child is not in good condition or unwilling to communicate, the date will be rescheduled.
