1928 jewelry found by Mr. Mel Bernie in Burbank California and considered one of the biggest fashion jewelry manufactures in the USA.
Their jewelry doesn't have an alphabet hallmark, but instead of an alphabet, they use one kind of special pattern on the back of their jewelry, which makes them very unique.
This brooch is in very good condition, but Previously Loved, not brand new for sure.
