Custom items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. ● Each item is hand-stitched by the designer, including dyeing and stitching color selection, making every piece an exclusive creation. ● Natural leather may exhibit inherent variations such as spots, scars, and color depth differences; these are normal characteristics of natural grain and the final product will prevail. ● Due to variations in lighting and screen display, colors in photos may differ slightly from the actual product. The actual item will be the standard. ● Minor traces of handcrafting are normal and contribute to the unique warmth and charm of handmade items. ● Perfectionists, please consider carefully before placing your order! ※ Care Instructions ● Frequent use is the best form of care. ● Natural leather will gradually darken with use, and the color change varies from person to person. ● If the leather gets wet (rain/damp hands), dry it immediately. Avoid contact with oil and grease. Marks acquired during normal use are natural and contribute to the leather's unique character.
