1. If you cancel the course 5 days before the event date, you will get a full refund. If a course is canceled within 5 days of the event date, only 50% of the course fee will be refunded.
2.**If canceled one day before or on the day of the event, no fees will be refunded.**
3. It is recommended that you transfer your spot if you need to cancel one day before the event date. But please be sure to tell us the name and contact information of the agent participant.
4. If due to force majeure factors such as natural disasters, we will proactively contact you for an extension or refund.
