Chef Shelly, originally from the picturesque lake city of Udaipur in Northern India, grew up savoring the authentic and delicious flavors prepared by her grandmother. These heirloom recipes have been passed down through generations of skilled home cooks. Deeply admiring her grandmother, Shelly spent countless hours by her side, absorbing all her culinary wisdom. This is where her passion for cooking began.
After marrying, she lived in Dubai for five years before moving to Taiwan with her husband for his new job, where she has resided for over 16 years. Shortly after arriving, she fell in love with this beautiful island and the kindness of its people.
Her passion for cooking and creative culinary inspiration are deeply rooted in her heritage. Shelly possesses an intimate understanding of how to blend aromatic spices and various herbs, paying homage to India. Her cooking has left a lasting and wonderful impression on the Indian community in Taipei, renowned for its refined yet elegant flavors.

Event Period: Each participant will have their own cooking station and set of tools. You may bring your own containers for leftovers.

**3. Via Line@, please inform us that you are a Pinkoi experience student. In your Line@ message, state your name and the class you are registering for, e.g., "Hello, I am [Your Name]. I am a Pinkoi student, have completed online payment, and am registering for the Italian Mediterranean Masterclass on July 22nd."**
**<Class Notes>**
**1. If your registration is confirmed, we will notify you via LINE@. You will receive a reminder via SMS or LINE@ 3-5 days before the class.**
2. If the minimum number of students for a class is not met, the organizer will arrange an alternative class time and notify registered students proactively.
3. If a typhoon warning leads to a class cancellation the day before, the organizer will arrange an alternative class time and notify registered students proactively.
4. To promote environmental protection and minimize food waste, please bring your own containers to take home any unfinished dishes. (Eco-friendly lunch boxes are also available for purchase on-site.)
5. Individuals not registered for this experience should not enter the activity area to avoid disturbing the instructor and other students.
6. The organizer reserves the right to make final decisions regarding course content and menus. Any changes will be announced on the FB fan page without further individual notification.
7. As this event requires advance payment for venue rental and ingredients, **no full or partial refunds will be issued within 7 working days (excluding weekends).** If you are unable to attend due to personal reasons, please notify us in advance and find a substitute to attend in your place.
