Chef Shelly hails from the magnificent lake city of Udaipur in Northern India. It was there, surrounded by the generations of skilled home cooks in her family, that she first experienced the authentic and flavorful food prepared by her grandmother. She was captivated by her grandmother's culinary wisdom, spending countless hours by her side, absorbing every lesson. Her passion for cooking began to blossom from these cherished moments.
After moving to Dubai for five years following her marriage, she relocated to Taiwan with her husband for his new job. She has called this beautiful island home for over 16 years, quickly falling in love with its charm and the kindness of its people.
Her culinary passion and creative flair are deeply rooted in her heritage. Shelly possesses an expert understanding of how to blend aromatic spices and diverse herbs, a true homage to India. Her cooking has left a lasting and wonderful impression on Taiwan's Indian community, renowned for its refined yet elegant flavors.

Event Period: Each participant will have their own cooking station and set of tools. You are welcome to bring your own food containers.

***Due to the high volume of participants and classes, failure to add us on Line@ will be considered as incomplete registration. We will not proactively contact you.**
**3. Via Line@, please inform us that you are a Pinkoi experience participant.** In your Line@ message, please state your name and the session you are registering for. For example: "Hello, I am [Your Name]. I am a Pinkoi participant, have completed online payment, and am registering for the Italian Mediterranean Intensive Class on July 22nd."
**<Class Guidelines>**
**1. Upon successful registration, we will notify you via LINE@. You will receive a reminder message via SMS or LINE@ 3-5 days before the class.**
2. If the number of registered participants does not meet the minimum class size, the organizer will arrange an alternative class time and notify registered participants.
3. If a typhoon warning leads to a class cancellation the day before, the organizer will arrange an alternative class time and notify registered participants.
4. To promote environmental protection and minimize food waste, please bring your own containers to take home any unfinished dishes. (Eco-friendly food containers are also available for purchase on-site.)
5. Individuals not registered for this experience are kindly requested not to enter the activity area to avoid disrupting the instructor and other participants.
6. The organizer reserves the right to make final decisions regarding course content and menus. Any changes will be announced on the FB fan page and will not be individually notified.
7. As venue rental and ingredient costs need to be prepaid, **no full or partial refunds will be issued within 7 working days (excluding weekends).** If you are unable to attend due to personal reasons, please notify us as early as possible and arrange for a substitute participant.
