❤About jewelry maintenance: Please keep jewelry away from liquids, chemicals, and cosmetics. Use special jewelry cleaning liquid and cleaning cloth to wipe the jewelry after use and store them in a sealed bag. This way they can accompany you longer.

❤ momolovescat is a one-person handmade design studio, and due to the limited team, I aim to reply to inquiries within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Production time for products is about 3-5 business days, so please be patient—thank you so much for understanding!
❤ Natural materials like gemstones, pearls, shells, and coral can vary in color and shape from piece to piece. This uniqueness is the charm of using natural materials! However, I will always try to choose materials that have a similar color and texture for each piece.
❤ Since each item is handmade, no two pieces will be exactly identical. Small differences in size are normal.
❤ Custom items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
❤ Jewelry is a personal item, and returns or exchanges are only accepted if there’s a significant flaw in a new product, if the wrong item was sent, or if there’s damage during shipping.
